Online Medical Cannabis Ordering Made Easy

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use our online menu so your products are ready and waiting for you! 

When Governor Inslee ordered Washington residents to stay at home to reduce the spread of Coronavirus, he issued a list of essential businesses to remain open during these trying times. Washington has followed the lead of New York and California by including cannabis dispensaries as essential for residents to access their much-needed medicine. 

For the safety of our guests and to stay compliant with the state’s restrictions, The Novel Tree Medical is requiring online orders to be placed at this time.


We’ve detailed the steps below, but it’s easy to navigate the process:

• Click our Menu & Online Orders link at the top of our website

• Select the products you’d like to order

• Sign in, place order

• Wait for a text saying your order has been filled

• Stop in and pay, then you’re on your way!


Ordering on a Desktop or Laptop

Once you’re in our online menu, you will see the complete list of products available for sale. If you know the name of the product you’re looking for, you can use the search bar to quickly pull up the item.

Not quite sure what you usually get? You can search for your products by category by using the filters located on the left-hand side of your computer screen. These filters include:

  • Lineage (indica, sativa, hybrid, CBD)

  • Category (vape, extract, edible, flower, etc.)

  • Available Weights (applicable to flower)

  • Brands

Once you have found the item you’re looking for, now it’s time to put it in your cart. You can do so by clicking the price of the selected item you wish to purchase.

From here, you can adjust the quantity if you would like more than one of your selected item. Click “Add to Cart” to add this item to your order.

When you are finished making product selections, it’s time to check out! Click on the cart in the upper right-hand corner of the page when you are ready to complete your order. This will bring you to a screen to review all your selected items; if everything looks correct, click “Proceed to Checkout”.

After you sign in, you will be taken to a screen to select your pick-up time, add your name to the order, and include any special instructions that you require. Didn’t see an item you usually get on the menu? This is the perfect place to add a note, “If you have any Recovery lotion, please add one”.

From there, your order has been placed! You can track your purchase on this screen, and if you used a cell phone number, you will get a text message to confirm that your order is ready for pick-up! 


Need to add something, or just can’t make it in today? You can cancel your order at any time by clicking “Cancel Reservation”.

Ordering from your Smartphone

Placing your order on your iPhone or Android is easy and convenient when you find yourself in the neighborhood. Starting at the online menu, you can search for products or click on “Filters” to narrow your search by product type, brand, or quantity.

Just like placing your order on a computer, you click on the price of the item you want to purchase.

Once you have selected the product and adjusted the quantity, add the item to your cart & continue shopping. When you’re ready to check out, scroll up to the top of the screen and select the cart icon to review your order. 

You’re brought to the screen to review and complete your order. If you use a G-Mail account, you can sign in through Google or create an account to sign up.

Trouble Logging In?

Some guests run into difficulties at check-out after their initial order was placed. If you have placed an online order before, make sure you are selecting “Sign In” rather than the default “Sign Up”.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click on “Forget Password?” to receive an email within minutes including instructions to reset it.
