Your health and wellness are our highest priorities, nothing is more important to us at The Novel Tree Medical. As we watch the COVID-19 outbreak develop, we wanted to reach out and share the steps we’ve taken to ensure the wellbeing of our guests and staff while shopping with us.
With the extent and gravity of the outbreak, we take this role very seriously. That being said, we are committed to delivering exemplary service while doing our part to prevent the spread of the virus. Preventative Measures
We’ve always maintained a standard of cleanliness and hygiene, but with the current situation we’ve enhanced our protocol, with special care given to our guest interactions and sales transactions:
• All touch points are being routinely cleaned and sanitized using approved disinfectant cleaners. This includes doorknobs, merchandise displays, interactive menus, table surfaces, countertops and more.
• Greeters and consultants are required to wear gloves when handling products and cash.
• Guests will not be permitted to handle products prior to purchase.
• Our staff has been alerted to stay home if they’re feeling unwell.
• Please use our online ordering service if you’d prefer a minimal contact experience.
